SUBJECT : EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

Our company will organise a customer service training for all staff on the 8th November 2009 from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

All staff have to be dressed in company uniform and be punctual at all times.All of you are encouraged to conduct discussions in English during the training.

Head of Human Resouce Department have to ensure that the training room, chairs and tables are ready.Stationery must be provided such as pens,papre and paper file for all staff.Refreshment will also need to be prepared for all staff that are attending the course.

I hope to see everyone at the training.

  1. Your memo is well-written but can be improved by having some of the points in bulleted points. For example,paragraph 2 and 3 can be modified to include some ideas in bulleted points.
